WHO WE ARE Adina Buchs, proprietor and manager of B'Rosh Shaket was born in Chicago. Adina made Aliyah to Israel as a school girl in 1971 with her parents and brothers. She has lived in Jerusalem for most of her life ever since. She is married with three grown children. For several years after her marriage, she lived in the U.S. and in her husband's native Switzerland. Since returning to Israel she has earned a reputation for arranging elegant and tasteful family celebrations and parties. She combines an intimate knowledge of the Israeli scene with a feeling for North American and European tastes. In every sense of the words, Adina speaks your language.
