CATERING

All of our caterers are certified Kosher by the local Rabbinate.  Many are certified L'Mehadrin and  we can offer you Glatt, if you wish.

Hotels and most of the celebration halls and gardens provide their own catering.  For other venues, you will need (or want) to supply the caterer, and we have plenty to refer you to.

Some of our caterers specialize in dairy, others in meat, and most will do either.

Most of our caterers can also deal with special diet requests  (vegetarian, salt-free, dietetic, etc.).  Just let us know what  you need.

You will want to decide if you want buffet or table service, or perhaps a buffet reception followed by a sit-down meal served by waiters.

You will of course decide on the menu, but you should also consider such things as: what beverages if any will be on the table, whether to have a dessert table, and many other matters related to the meal-- and we will help you decide.
