ARRANGEMENT AND DECORATION OF HALL AND TABLES

The arrangement of the hall and tables is not a small matter. Will the tables be round, square or oblong?  How many guests per table? Will there be a head table?  How big a dance area do you need? Will men and women be seated separately? Will you have place cards or open seating?

Decorating the hall and tables  can add a special festive dimension to your event, and the type of decoration can set the tone of the occasion. 

The hall might be decorated with balloons, streamers, posters, pictures, flowers or a combination of elements.

Table decorations might include balloons, candles, scattered leaves or petals, a bud vase, confetti, a carved gold "50" for that anniversary celebration or maybe just fancily folded napkins.
